How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account by sending a request to, and including your name and primary domain on the account, along with any feedback you have, and our team will assist you! If you have not received a confirmation from us within 3 business days, please give us a call at (865) 238-5600 to ensure that we received your request. Your account is not canceled until we've confirmed it with you first.
