How do I cancel my account?

We hate to see you go, and would love to hear why you've decided to leave so we can address your concerns - - but here's how to easily cancel your account:

Visit, then enter the email address you used to sign-up with, which is where your invoices and other Slamdot-related emails go, along with your password. If you forgot your password, please visit our password recovery page to have it emailed to you.

From your Dashboard, once you have logged in, click on one of your Plans in the list (i.e. You will then be taken to the "Plan" tab. Under the "Plan" tab are three links (Welcome, Status and Settings) - click on the "Settings" link. You will see a small box on the right column with a button that says "Cancel This Plan." Click that button to begin the cancellation process.
