From the dashboard, choose a plan. Click the files tab to get to the file browser. Navigate to the directory where you want to create the new folder (if you want to create http://www.yourdomain.com/news/, then you would navigate to the /public_html directory). Enter a name for the folder on the right under Create a directory here, then click the create button.
